Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

A Father has moved to Florida from Texas with a mentally ill teenager. In Texas he was granted "managing conservator", and the move was uncontested by biological mother, who had previously facilitated the child when child was left in her care at age 10 after the divorce. At this point the child's illness has progressed to the point that she has been Baker Acted due to violent behaviors towards herself and others. Her Psychologist recommends residential treatment. Can the biological Mother contest this?

If the father is managing conservator, then no. I suggest the father have his order domesticated in this state under "guardianship".
