Father needing to prove paternity

I am the father of an infant who was born in Norway. My name is not on the birthcertificate and the mother and baby are now back in the U.S. and staying with me. I need to prove perternity, the mother is threatning to leave in 4 days to go back to Norway. How can I prevent losing my parental rights?

I would try to file a (temporary) injunction to stop her from leaving the country with the child in conjunction with requesting an order to test for paternity at the same time.
