Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My father is having to pay 250 dollars in back child support that comes out of his paycheck every month, and 250 dollars to me for continuance child support because I am in a wheelchair. My father recently told me that the 250 dollars was supposed to go to me and not my mother, and I had no idea about it at all.. So my mom is getting the full 500 and not telling me about it. Can she get in trouble for it?

Child support is to be used for the childs' benefit.
