Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a father who has a shared parenting agreement for my daughter in Florida. I live in Georgia. It is clearly stated in our mediation agreement that, starting in 2011, I get to claim my daughter on my taxes every odd year. I have claimed her this year and my return was accepted with no issues. Now my exwife is threatening to send the IRS after me saying that I shouldn't have claimed her because she went to school in Florida. What can I do to ensure that I have my bases covered in case of an audit or court order? My mediation agreement has no conditions tied to the tax return statement. It only states that I get to claim her every odd year.

When you file your taxes and claim the child, you have to sign a document for the irs and I would have to assume that you attached a copy of the agreement.
