Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My father signed his rights over,am I still allowed to see my baby brother?.He's my half- brother because we have different mom's,And his mother didnt want my little brother around my Father or me.My dad didnt have enough money to pay for child support so he was forced to sign his rights over.Does that my relations with my little brother?,does it mean I can see him?.He was a toddler when his mom got full custody of him,so I know he doesnt remember that he has a big-sister and who his real dad is [His mom is re-married].Would I atleast be able to have a picture and update on how he's doing?.Thank you!

Your half brother will always be your half brother. As to visitation on contact, you might want to ask the mother if that would be acceptable. If she says no, then you will have to wait until your half brother is 18 or emancipated to pursue contact.
