Father terminating visitation
I left florida, because of domestic violence,harassment,moved back to mass. father came took son going to terminate my visitation , cannot find anyone to help me, have no lawyer, divorce happened in south fla, im now in mass. i am all alone and do not know where to turn. he has already terminated visitaion with first son, and courts will not hear me. please help me... im desperate.need to know where to go for help, thank you Rebecca

I strongly suggest that you speak with a Florida attorney to discuss your situation. Your problem is far too serious...and complicated to answer in a few paragraphs.
If you fail to act, you may risk losing the right of visitation with your son. You may have to travel to Florida to litigate your problem but it will be well worth it if you achieve your desired results.
