does a father who won custody,and left his child a year and a half ago,have the right to pull their almost eighteen years of age in four months child out of public school? the child has been left with the step mother

I suggest you file a petition for guardianship of this child until they graduate. If he left his child and did not pay child support, this would be consider abandonment. Need more info on this matter.
