Several things, after father won primary custody of the minor child, he left minor child a year and a half ago, to whom? If he left child with mother, then mother should have filed a petition to modify the existing custody order. If the terms of the custody order was never modified and indicate that he has primary responsibility over minor child's education, etc. then he can have rights over where the child goes to school, etc. If both parents have shared parental responsibility, the mother should ---- I'm assuming this is written by the Mother--- immediately file if it has not already been filed a Petition for Modification of Custody as well as an Emergency Motion to Prevent Father from Removing the Minor Child from her current high school.
