Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am a father of six young children who is being sued for divorse by a wife who has access to support from both a church who is supporting the divorce and her parents who are wealthy. I am not seeking a divorce.

My wife owns 75% of our home based business and has removed me from the ability to operate the business. At the same time she is sueing me for all expenses>

I am homeless and indigent.

Is this possible? Can I technically relinquish my parental rights to avoid the crushing child support consequences. I am disabled.

It's not the church's job to pay for your kids, nor is it her parents' job. You can't just give up kids over money.

If you have a home-based business together that was began after you got married, you are entitled to 50% of the business. She gets the divorce (you can't stop that), but you may get custody, attorney's fees, alimony, half your marital assets, etc. Contact a lawyer and learn how to handle your case.
