Fathered a child with a married woman

I was living with a woman for 10years. She's married but does not know where husband is. We have a child together, who she refuses to let me see now and says I have no legal rights to my daughter. What can I do to get visitation?

Re: Fathered a child with a married woman

must first prove you are the father. This can be done with court ordered test. Then you can get visitation. If you would like to contact my office I would be glad to start the process for you.
