What makes a man a legal father in Florida?

This is a complex question. There are many possible answers. One of them is that he is married to the mother at the time of birth. Another is that a paternity test was ordered the man is shown to be the biological father (but it's not automatic). Another is that the man's name was put on the birth certificate. It's easier to consult with an attorney about your particular case to see if, according to the details of your case, the man in question is or can be the legal father.
