Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Father's Legal Resposibitiy

My ex wife and I are not on speaking terms and she has custody of the children( 17, 14 & 11 years old respectively and I communicate with them well) and I see my kids every other weekend and for rare vacation time. I plan to leave town for 3 weeks which would obviously mean that I would skip a weekend that I would be with the kids. I pay all my obligations on time as per the mediated agreement. Would the fact that I am skipping a weekend cause me any legal problems?
