Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Fathers rights.
I am not married to my sons father. I have decided to only let him see our child on the weekends. Is this legal and can he take any actions towards my decision?

If he's okay with it, then fine. Just realize that the child is his, too, and you can't just "decide to only let him see" the child on weekends. You don't have total control or say over your child. The two of you have equal control and must raise the child together, including decing on what timeshare each of you will have. It's a decision to be made together or, yes, a judge may not look kindly toward you if a custody case arises.
