Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Father's rights

My son was involved for a year with a woman who is now carrying his child due in April. His paternity has been established by an amniocentesis along with some other blood work to see if my child was effected by ML4. About 2 months ago we broke up and she has gone back with her ex-husband. She is stating that she wants to use her husband's last name on the birth certificate as father. I want my name there as father. Can she do this legally?

I also want to establish visitation rights for myself and my mother as the baby's grandmother. How do I go about doing this?

Is there legal help in this matter for people with low incomes. I feel I'm going to need it before this matter is straightened out.

Thank you for your help
