Fathers wife tries to play dumb with the prenup

My Father is terminally ill. Three years ago he married a Colombian woman who is younger than I am. She obviously married him for his money and citizenship to this country. This is a common scam in South Florida. They evenmtually had a child who is now 2 years old. He had her sign a prenup, but now she is hinting that she did not know what she was signing at the time. Does she have a leg to stand on?

The answer depends upon how the agreement was entered into. In any event, his child is entitled to support.
