Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, I am a female working in US. We had a 7 yrs kid. Few weeks ago me and my husband had big fight and he forced me to leave the house and I try to take kid with me and leave but he did not allow me. I left house alone and living seperately. then after he never called me and allow me to see kid in the school. Plase advise what are the chances of getting child cutody If apply for a divorce.

and how to about this situation.

I suggest you go to the nearest legal aid office and get someone there to help you. You can have him removed from the home and apply for custody of your child along with support.
