Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My fiance is divorced and has visitation in Mississippi. However, his ex doesnt allow him to see his kids. He then moved to Florida with me for work, and she moved to Arizona without notifying us or the courts, We now have found out which school (via internet) one of the kids is attending, and through investigating foudn out she remarried a convicted sex offender. How do we notify someone in the Mississippi about this?

YOu will need to file a Petition for modification of custody and a enforcement/contempt for her not allowing the visitation in the first place and removing the children from the state without a court order. Contact the Children and Family SErvices Division in Arizona as to the sex offender. She is now established ikn Arizona and you are in Florida so MIssissippi has no jurisdiction over either of you
