Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My fiance has full custodial rights over his two children but the mother of the the kids continue to come over and get the kids whenever she sees fit. There is no vistation schedule as of right now but his mother allows her to come as she pleases. The children are 8 9. Is there anyway to set up a schedule in which his mother and the children mother must obey? Also, he has just been summons to be a witness in a child support case she pays him child support is this something he needs to be concerned about?

YOu need to find out what is really going on. If he has custody - he is living with his mother - then who is raising these children. If the bio mom comes and gets the children - why does he have full custody? As to child support - yes I would be concerned - is she planning on saying that she has the children as much as he does and should not be paying any support? I would be worried.
