Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My fiance and I are planning a wedding in Hawaii soon and may choose to use prenuptial agreements. I am from Washington State and she resides in Florida. Do we need to do prenupts in both states?

The prenups are based on assets. HOwever, you will have to designate with State will rule.
