Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Fiance has shared custody of his two girls which means he has them week on week off and pays her 150.00 a month id CS. This agreement has been this way for the past three years and was finalized in their divorce decree a year and a half ago. She recently got married and is having another child and will be staying home full time. She is now suing for Full custody and wants 800.00 a month in CS. Will a judge overule a custody agrangement with no reason for it?

No, in order to modify a custody agreement or any other agreement in this arena the standard is a substantial change in circumstances. The facts you described to me don't meet this burden. You will need to consult an attorney to review her pleadings and discuss your legal options.
