Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My fiance and I of 5 years decided to buy a house and go 50/50 with all costs. When we went for closing I did not go on mortgage but I was supposed to be on the deed. That never happened and when he got the mortgage papers he hid them from me. Since living in our new home he has been disrespectful, mean to my daughters and treating me bad. He has been asking for my portion on new fence of $2,000.00. I'm not giving him money since i'm not on deed. when I speak about marriage he ignores me and gets mad. Can I SUE for misleading me?
