Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex fiancee took the car which was in both our names I havent seen the car in 20 days . I know he is in town and my name is first on the title could I get in trouble if I find it and have it towed?

You can't get in trouble for having your own car towed, but you need to resolve this issue. Either work it out like adults or file a partition action, which forces the car to be sold and the two of you split the profits if there are any.
