my fiancee gave me hepatitisC-is there any legal percussion financially owed to

Dating this gentleman for 3yrs and was engaged to be married June 19,2004, December 26,2003 I was told I have hepatitis C, which later I learned he cheated on me,I was living with him and I acted in the capacity of wife. I wore an engagment ring. He now has left me for another women other than the one that gave him the disease and the wedding is proponed. Medicare will not pay for the year of treatment, the pyschological treatment I need and I feel due to pain and suffering I am entitle to compensation financially. He has bragged he is financially set for life, he owns his home, he is a renter, he has a condo in St.Petersburg, Florida. He also verbalized he would be there for me and would help me financially if I need him too. Does this make him liable for pain and suffer, I have the worst of hepatitis C=Genotype1-A with autoimmune disease, if the treatment doesnt kill me, the emotional stress and futher illness will, the treatment is for one year. Please let me know what your advise to me would be and do I have any legal grounds to stand on. Thanking you in advance. [email protected],
