Fighting Father In Florida

I have 3 daughters ranging from 16 mths to 6 years.father has sole custody right now,but will not allow me to have any contact with my daughters...dcf has been involved in the past, my question being is.who do I go to for visitation with my daughters , do i nessasarily have to go to the courts,if he is unwilling to talk reasonably?

You need to file a Motion for Visitation or to Enforce Visitation Rights or for Contempt based on whether or not your visitation rights were spelled out in the original divorce decree. If they were and your ex will not allow you to see your children, then he may be in contempt of court.
