How do i file a appeal for a child support modification yesterday I was given a judgement and misinformed by a cse agent during my court proceedings that in three months I could have a review and adjustment in three months becausee he will be off unemployment then the judge said she did not know that which should have been a red flag. But I called child support today and they never heard of that procedure once you court order a modification you can cannot appeal for three years my daughter will graduate in June so I do not have three years.

Appellate court is no place for nonlawyers. If you want, you can read the Rules of Appellate Procedure and the local rules for the Appeals Court that has jurisdiction in your area. That will tell you how to appeal, but let's be honest, your question contains such poor punctuation and grammar that I can barely understand it. Do you really think you can write an appellate brief of sufficient quality to persuade the appellate court? Do you even know waht an appellate brief is? It takes years of training to learn to reseach and write for an appellate court; heaven forbid they should ask you to appear before them and argue your case. Do you have any idea how to do that? It's nothing like arguing a case in front of a child support judge, and it's nothing like what you see on TV.

If you want to appeal, go hire a lawyer who handles appeals.
