Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If you file a breach of contract in circuit civil court and receive a judgment in your favor, if the person breach the contract again, can you file a motion to reopen the case or do you have to re-file the case again and hope for the prior judge you had?

It would be considered a new case and therefore you must file a new action.
