Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Where do I file a child support modification request if the divorce was completed in Texas while the mother and I were both military, but now we are out and I live in Florida and she and my son live in Ohio?

It is normally where the child has spent the last 181 days. You could file in Florida but if the Wife objects the case would be transferred to Ohio.
