Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I want to file for divorce with a missing spouse that I have a child with and want to set up custody as the father as well as try to get property that was taken about four years ago will I be able to? I have not seen her or talked to her for years and I don�t even know if she has sold everything cars, tools ext. she sent my daughter to Canada to live with her grandparents. We were married 15 years before we split up and it has been about four years that we haven�t been together.

How will you get property if you don't know where the property is? How will you get custody if you don't know where your daughter is? This is very complicated, and you should speak with a divorce lawyer.
You can always file for divorce but as to custody, this is a different matter. Where have you been for four years?
