Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I want to file a motion for permission for my spouse to pick up my child for me on day I have school or work late. What do I need to do if I want to do it on my own, if the is not possible is the any legal aid/ pro bono attorneys to help me.

Does your paperwork forbid it? Otherwise, your spouse may pick up your child and your ex cannot legally prohibit it.
