I would like to know how I go about file paper's for a divorce in lake county,Florida.

I have my papers filled out,and would like to have her served

You file the papers by taking them to the clerk's office with a filing fee of $418. You will be given a summons to be sent to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office will ask you for a service fee, and they will serve the papers. You may be able to pay the sheriff's fee at the clerk's office.
