Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How do I file a quit claim deed for a home in Florida when Divorce was finalize in Ga. Or do I just need to file my Divoce papers which states Plantiff is awarded the home?

YOu need a quit claim deed to do anything. Did you ex sign on to give you the house - if so, and the house is in FLorida then you would file the deed in the county in which the house is located. If you did not get a quit claim deed you need to return to court to have hijm sign it over to you and your attorney should have been aware of that.
