Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I filed for child support modification and the costodial parent was served and costodial parent has possession of these papers. Custodial parent has 20 days to reply...if costodial parent does not respond, do I automatically win a modification?

Maybe. Custody and child support are very often high priority in Florida. Therefore, depending on the judge you get, there may be questions.
