He recieved the apaers in the second week of February 2012. Should I now file a mition to go to court? when I was at the court house they gave me a paper saying : order setting case management conference for re-opened post judgemnet case. Do I need to file something different?? And how soon??

Set for hearing : have it served on him. Not knowing what county you are in, (each county seems to have their own set up) check with the clerk's office and ask them - once a contempt/enforcement motion has been filed, who is the Judge and how can I set the hearing? They should be able to provide that to you.
