Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I filed a Modification of Alimony. And also filed a Motion to Compel. Received some of the answers and documents. On his IRS transcript from the year after our divorce, I discovered he closed a 401K ($65,000.00) that he did not disclose on his Financial Affidavit during our divorce. Do I present this in the Motion hearing, mediation, or the trial hearing? This is in Florida.

Depending on the time alloted for the Motion hearing, you may have to present your evidence. However you need to ask for a hearing on the Modification of Alimony and Motion to Compel. You can have the hearing on both matters at the same time. Be prepared to have your evidence.
