Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have just filed a motion requesting chg of venue & trans of court files from Miami to Orlando family court. Will I recieve notice of acceptance or denial? Will the judge decide without my having to request a hearing on the matter? Is there anything else I need to include with the motion?
