Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I filed a regular dissolution of marriage (no children, property or marital assets/liabilities). If my spouse does not respond in 20 days after being served what happens and is it better to have spouse file the waiver of disclosure & marital agreement form?

A waiver and settlement agreement are always better, but if you have no children, property, or debts, you can just request a final hearing date, and the judge should give you a divorce with no problem. Whether your spouse does or not, without a waiver, you should file a financial affidavit and mandatory disclosure form.
