filing an appeal for terminantion of parental rghts

can you tell me what steps i would have to take to file an appeal on a tpr case in dade county

First of all, there are strict time limitations so I hope the tpr is very very recent. Basically, you will have to review the appellate court rules and file a brief explaining why the trial court made a mistake in issuing the tpr. You should really consult an attorney asap.
