Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am filing for a dissolution of marriage with no property or children in the state of florida, have been seperated for 9 yrs and my husband lives in another state, do I still have to send him a copy of the financial affidavit form?

You have to file your financial affidavit and send him a copy of your filled out affidavit. He is supposed to file one as well but if he doesn't that will not stop your divorce from going forward.
