I'm filing for diviorce from my wife, and I need my kids social security number for, the notice of social security form. I know she still lives in miami but I don't know where, how can I obtain my kids social security number?

Leave blank and put on the line where it is requested - unknown. You will have to serve her and once she is brought into court, the court can obtain the information at that time. If you have their birth certificate and proof of parentage, then you could get the number from the IRS.

You are required to file a Notice of Social Security Form with the court but you can leave the part where it requests the children social's blank and write in unknown. With proof of parentage and their birth certificate the Department of Social Security will assist you in obtaining the numbers.
