Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am currently filing all the necessary documents for a
Dissolution of Marriage. Yet, one of the documents
requires both my wife's and my social security number.
My wife has never received a social security or a tax id
number during her short stay in the United States.
She has since returned to her country.
Without a social security number, what affect does that have
on the case?

You can leave it blank or write in something like "no social security number." It's not uncommon in a Florida divorce for the respondent to be without a social security number because he or she isn't an LPR or U.S. citizen. You can still get divorced.

None. Just leave it blank or put that she does not have one
