Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I filled for dissolution of marriage with no children of property , i had him served through publication since I didn't know the where abouts of my spouse, however I currently found my spouse on a website and was able to find out an address. Do i need to start the process all over again?

Yes. You need to serve him now. Always safer.

No, you don't need to start over, and you don't need to serve him if your publication process is complete, since your service is now finished. However, it would be a much, much, better idea to have him served, and it doesn't cost that much extra. The better idea would be to go ahead and have him served.
