Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

When filling out a Family Law Affidavit there are 2 areas in which liabilities must be filled out. What is considered a marital liability? EX: Would my doctor bills incurred while legally married (separated from spouse now) be considered a marital liability in which I would take responsibility for?

all bills incurred during the marriage irregardless of whose name they are in are presumed marital.
