Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I have a final hearing in front of a magistrate in Hillsborough county for a modification of visitation, would my current wife be able to be present for the entire hearing? If the answer is no, why not? The case is myself vs my ex-wife.

It's up to the magistrate, but the hearing rooms used by magistrates in Hillsborough County are pretty small, so there isn't much room for spectators. If your current wife is a witness, then she will not be allowed to view the hearing. If your current wife is not a witness, then you'll find the magistrates in Hillsborough County are generally accommodating to spectators when they can be.

As long as she is not a witness, she can attend.
