Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I had a final judgement recorded in Jan. 09 and went to a rehearing on this final judgement in april 09 but havent got a decision as of yet am I considered divorced to remarry or not until the new final judgement is recorded.

Until the judge issues an order that says something along the lines of "The parties are awarded Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage, and the bonds of matrimony are hereby dissolved," you are still married and you cannot remarry. If your original judgment said something like that, then the rehearing won't affect it. In a rehearing, judges will sometimes reconsider the distribution of debt and assets or custody and support, but they don't reconsider the dissolving of the marriage.
