Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Finalizing a divorce

We've already gone to court and mediation. The only thing keeping the divorce from being final, is a court date to pick up our dissolution papers. His lawyer was supposed to set up the court date, but never did. Is there a way I can get a court date for the finallization?
