Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Finance has asked for relocation her ex husband did not want to agree to anything they have already gone to court, he already owes her 20k in back child support the trail for the relocation really seemed to be in her favor, 6 weeks later we have still not received an answer. What should be do? We get married Jan 1, after that she was planning on moving up here(maryland)?

If a child is involved, she should obtain court permission to relocate.

Not sure what you filed but if you filed relocation and have not received an answer back, you might want to check with the Judge's office and /or the clerk's office to see if something was filed. You may not have left your address for mailing.
