Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i financed a truck in my name. my husband was supposed to make the payments on this truck. we separated and he moved out over a year ago. when he moved out, he took the truck and was making the payments. then he started making the payments later and later. now he's not making the payments at all. the truck is still in my name. do i have legal rights to go pick up this truck from him and sell it, before he ruins my credit?

If you have no legal document stating that he is responsible for the truck payment - then go get it.
