Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Financial affidavit
My ex sent me her financial affidavit.It doesn't have a notery stamp on it.Only the supposedly notery name and ID number in another county close but diffrent than where she resides.Is it still considered a legal document? .Juristiction is in florida. THANK YOU!

It would be up to the judge whether to accept it or require her to do another. Were you to file a motion to compel her to comply with disclosure by amending her affidavit to show a correct jurat, I would think she would do so. Or, she could always attest to the affidavit's accuracy at a hearing--swearing before a judge instead of a notary.
