Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Financial affidavit in Divorce

I am filing for a divorce and child custody of my twominor children in Florida. Wife has been committing adultery and associating with various criminal elements without regard for the safety of my two children. I have been totally disabled befor getting married 9 years ago. Have same tax free disability amount as 9 years ago.. NOW tax free. does not appear on income tax forms. Wife came into this marriage with 0(zero) income and now receives social security disabilty of 1149.00 per month. Questions in child support financial affidavit. DO I have to list this Tax free money (note not considered income by IRS or anybody else) on my financial affidavit. I have asked my attorney and he sauys yes but he cannot produce any written law on it. I said than I want a judges decision on this matte so that If it is against me I may appeal it to the proper DCA.. What do you think?

Thanks and please help as I am the victim here of a cheating wife and why should have to pay alimony. Note thisa is a no fault state.. Ridiculous..
