Financial Affidavit
My fiance' is court ordered to pay child support. He has a new job that pays $2.00 less an hour. He is filing a modification in child support and has to file a financial affidavit for his income and his ex wife's income. His ex-wife does not work, but she is re-married and her new husband works and pays ALL the bills for the household. Does she have to include his income in the financial affidavit?

No. The new spouse's income is not included in the former wife's financial affidavit. Only the party's personal income is considered.
